What can I expect from the intake process?
You will have a personalized brief phone consultation with our practice manager where she will gather information regarding your desire for counseling, insurance information, availability, and anything else of importance to you and your treatment. Once you connect, you will then be matched with a provider upon availability, and begin your treatment with us at Shoreline CBT.
What kind of equipment do I need for appointments?
Shoreline CBT is a fully virtual practice. You will need access to our patient portal through Simple Practice to join the appointment via video.
Can I do telehealth anywhere?
It's important that your privacy is honored throughout sessions. We ask that you are in a confidential space, with no interruptions. Our providers will ensure that you are in a safe location, and not in a moving vehicle. Additionally, you will need to ensure you are in a space where your provider is licensed to see you, which our practice manager will detail during the intake process.
What insurances do you accept?
Providers at Shoreline CBT are in network with BCBS, Optum, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Tufts/Harvard Pilgrim, Tricare, and Psypact. We also can share information on out of network benefits during the intake process.
